Super Soccer Mental Camp
Description: The program will start with a pre-evaluation to reveal the player’s strengths and weaknesses in psychological attributes. The main skills we will teach will be:
- Mental toughness
- Arousal, anxiety and stress management
- Positive self talk
- Goal setting
- Self condfidence
- Focus and concentration improvement

As head coach of Ohio Wesleyan University Men’s Soccer, I have applied sports psychology concepts to the players for over forty years. The US Soccer Federation states that there are Four pillars of Soccer: The Physical, The Technical, The Tactical and The Mental. Most coaches focus little on the mental side, but it is because of it that we have had positive results over the years.
